Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Introduction Video is operated by Pianitos AB (Sweden). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the video-recording and hosting service offered on it (the "Service"). By recording, paying for, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service lets you record a short introduction video in your browser and, after payment, hosts it at a shareable link for a fixed period. Recording and hosting are provided through our video provider Ziggeo. We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

• Pricing is per minute of recorded video, rounded up to the next whole minute, if nothing else is specified.
• The total shown before payment is the amount you will be charged, in US dollars.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider Creem. We never see or store your card details.

4. Hosting period and deletion

Your video stays available at its link for the hosting period of the plan you bought (3 or 12 months from the date of payment). After that period it may be deleted automatically. You can edit or delete your video at any time from the management link, using the 6-digit secure code shown to you after upload. Recordings that are never paid for are purged automatically within a few days.

5. Refunds

Because each video is hosted for you immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong — your video failed to process, or you were charged incorrectly — contact us at and we will make it right.

6. Your content and responsibilities

• You keep ownership of the videos you record.
• You confirm you have the right to record and share the content, including the likeness and voice of anyone appearing in it.
• You must not use the Service for anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing, or to record anyone without their knowledge where consent is required.
• You are responsible for keeping your management link and 6-digit secure code private. Anyone with both can edit or delete your video.
• You grant us the limited right to store, process, and serve your video solely to provide the Service.

7. Acceptable use

We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or the law, or if it harms the Service or other people. Where practical we will tell you why.

8. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a video link will be reachable at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pianitos AB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of a recording. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the video in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, dated above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
