Who we are

Introduction Video is operated by Pianitos AB (Sweden). We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

• Recordings you create on this site, hosted via our video provider Ziggeo.
• First name and email, if you provide them on the Save-Video step, used to prefill the Creem checkout and to send you a recovery link if you don't finish payment.
• Payment metadata (e.g. request id, amount, status) from our payment processor Creem. Card details are handled by Creem and never reach us.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent (the GDPR checkbox you tick on the Save-Video step) for storing your name and email before payment. We rely on contract performance for processing your payment and hosting the video you bought.

How long we keep it

• Videos: 3 months on the standard plan, 12 months on the extended plan, from the date of payment. You can delete your own video recordings at any time.
• Unpaid recordings: purged automatically within a month if payment never completes.
• Payment records: Creem acts as our merchant of record and retains the customer transaction record (including card details) under their own legal obligations. The payment metadata we receive from Creem (request id, amount, status) is stored by us. Payouts received from Creem — are retained for 7 years as required by Swedish accounting law.
